1. How can i grow taller? Im drinking milk like about 2 cups a day (AT LEAST)

| 1. milk helps your bones grow stronger, im not sure about height. Also Drink 3+ cups a day

2. Force ur bro to exercise, if he wants to use ur computer, tell him to exersice for 20 mins or something X_x | |

Thats how i get to 173 at 13 LOL
