For your first part, kill snails from 1-30, just use your first att (default ctrl)

Once' you're lvl 30, get the first and second job class.

Then go to FM1/FM2. a few hits should get you to lvl 70 :]

For the second part, I'm sure henry knows when/if he needs to shut the server down for popularity.

Most private servers out there just say nexon told them to shut down. Only a few have actually had lawsuits/charges against them.
